Dr. Bradford Chang is a highly dedicated and passionate optometrist with over 33 years of experience in eye care. A San Francisco native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of San Francisco before continuing his education at the prestigious New England College of Optometry, where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1992. After completing his studies in Boston, Dr. Chang returned home to San Francisco to join his father's practice, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship before his father's retirement.
Throughout his career, Dr. Chang has remained committed to providing the finest, most personalized eye care to patients of all ages. He believes that excellent eye health begins with education and prevention, and has made it his mission to help patients understand how to protect their vision at every stage of life. Dr. Chang takes time with each patient — clearly explaining exam findings and offering practical guidance on habits that support long-term eye health. His services include comprehensive eye exams, vision correction, and the early detection and management of conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic eye disease. Romina was born and raised in Tahiti, French Polynesia. She attended the University of San Francisco, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. Her background and experience enhance her natural ability to welcome all patients and understand their individual needs. She is fluent in English, French, and Hakka.
